The wait for the Blood and Urinary lab is very short and the experience is a very pleasurable one! Also the ER is a very nice facility and the staff made me feel important and that they had a want and a need to help me and all other patients in the waiting room!!! The Doctors offices here are very clean and the Nurses and Doctor's take time and listen to your individual problems and try to help with all your issues. A 10/10 I would definitely recommend anyone to have treatment here!!!!!
The facility is very clean. They did diagnose me correctly after another ER misdiagnosed me severely. The reason for the 3 stars is I took my daughter in on Thanksgiving day (11-28-24) for a bad sore throat with talking and swallowing hurting badlt and they tested her for COVID and both strands of the flu but didn't test her for strep claiming she had sinus drainage and a cough so no possible way for her to have strep. Took her to a different ER today and she had strep bad.
I've been in search of a new pcp since my doctor relocated to the hwy 280 area. Not one for dealing with that congestion. So, I was elated when a doctor was accepting new patients at this location. My visit was smooth, and everything was very professional and easy to navigate. Got caught up on my medications and enjoyed meeting the doctor.
