I had my first visit to MCWC today and the experience was great. Everyone was super friendly. The atmosphere was relaxed and informal, which helped to make a first visit with a new primary provider easier. The provider took time to talk to me about my history, my concerns, options for managing my health, and answered questions with good information. I didn’t feel rushed or like I was just another name on an overcrowded list of people to through.
I love Magic City wellness. The staff are always super friendly, supportive and helpful. Dr. Tucker is very informative and helpful, and the front desk staff are always a pleasure to deal with.
I enjoy the convenience of it all. The appointment scheduling, text messaging for communication, automatically scheduling the next appointment. Everything is very thoughtful and well planned out. The only change I’d suggest is the double authentication for the portal be available in text message.
I recently switched from primary care at UAB to MCWC and it’s been such a positive change so far. Dr. Boyd takes the time to listen with empathy and knowledge. The staff have all been kind and welcoming.
