“On June 5th Triston came to the house to check the A/C system, we knew that it would probably have to be replaced. He checked everything, explained the possibilities and options, ultimately we decided to replace it. He brought us a comfort proposal and answered all our questions about the different units. We decided on one and made arrangements to have it installed on Wednesday. June 7th Triston and Christian arrived right on time and got straight to work. “They did extensive work for us replacing H & A unit and work on the old system in our basement. For years we had fought flooding from the A/C drainage, they installed a pump solving that problem. Going with a larger unit left us needing a larger return. To avoid cutting into our wall inside the house they installed an additional smaller return at the site of the unit in our basement. The pump and the additional return were just a few of the ideas they had from experience that we really appreciate. They are very professional and courteous.
