I’ve used Flo-Air since Sept ‘22 on a friend’s recommendation when I had a bit of an emergency. They are responsive to texts and get my work requests completed promptly.
In Sept ‘25, after a couple of repairs that were more band-aids, we had to make the decision to get a new unit (compressor, air handler, and furnace). Greg was prompt with quotes and recommendations and got financing secured and the unit installed in just a few days. He also found me a reasonable extended warranty.
I would definitely recommend Flo-Air for HVAC needs.
We were a new client today. I called the business at 11:30 with an A/C issue. They arrived by 1:30 pm. Corrected the issue and charged very reasonably. Highly recommend. Support LOCALLY owned business.
Came home after work and my ac not cooling, house felt like an oven. Searched ac repair near me and found ComfortMAX Heating and Cooling. Tech showed up same evening, explained the issue clearly and fixed it fast. Air feels steady again, big relief for my family.

Mr Sherrill re-plumbed my whole house a while back and did a good job. He even had to tear a wall out to get to the leaking shower. It took several days, but he worked on it consistently and didn’t leave it while he finished other jobs. I’ve had no further plumbing problems since then. He even searched for matching plumbing kits for all my sinks and showers when I couldn’t find them all in the same color. I’ve used him at other times in emergencies and he always responds quickly. He is very efficient and very fair on his pricing. I would recommend him highly.
Dr.Mitchell and Pam Hill have been my medical specialists for years. They and their staff are very good and very nice and are the best!! All my family loves em all. They are professional in all they do!!

I don’t know the criteria for giving out keys to the city, but I believe that any business open on Sundays in the Shoals should get priority consideration. I was pleased as punch to drive by and see the Open sign flashing on a Sunday. I was able to book an appointment for later in the day and enjoyed a very nice treatment.

I had a great experience here! I came in without an appointment and they were kind enough to take me in. I got a gel manicure and pedicure, and everything turned out exactly how I asked.
The atmosphere was so relaxing — the massage chairs were amazing, and I loved that they had TVs and music playing. It was a very chill and comfortable experience from start to finish.

I just got my daith done. I didn’t have an appointment and they got me in like really quick. I can’t for the life of me remember who my piercer was but he was awesome! I almost passed out and he was very patient with me. If I get another piercing I’ll be back here.

We hired Cromeenes Construction to paint our kitchen, hallway, spare bathroom and laundry room. We are so happy with the work that was done. Brian, the owner, showed up on site at the beginning of the work and at the end of the work to inspect everything. We also had recessed LED lights installed and have tray ceilings. There wasn't one flaw in any of the work. The painters covered everything and cleaned up afterwards. We will be having Brians team come back for painting the rest of our home. We are also considering having Brian build a horse barn for us. Brian is a perfectionist. His team was punctual, polite and professional. They completed the work quicker than we expected. We highly recommend Cromeenes Construction, LLC.

Watched these guys do some work for Athens Utilities removing a hazardous tree over power lines. This crew was Casey Young, Gunner Creamer, Arthur, and Chandler. From everything from cutting the tree, watching traffic, making sure things were safe and down to the cleanup, they were great and would highly recommend. They were also nice, polite, and got the job done quickly. They made it look effortless!

Arrived @ Coker for a 2nd opinion for a broken front tooth. They were warm, kind & knowledgeable. Due to this 1 broken tooth, I considered getting a whiter smile. Unlike the 1st dentist, they didn’t insist on ALL crowns. They gave me their opinion: 2 crowns, remaining Lumineers, then fixed the tooth in 10 min. for the meantime. They know no one wants to leave with a broken smile. Awesome, caring professionals.

I thank God for Dr. Wilbanks! I have been having problems with my teeth because of chronic health issues. Another dentist in town suggested that I get all on 4s for $30k per arch! Dr. Wilbanks teamed up with a periodontist and set up a treatment plan. After 1 treatment with periodontist and my 2nd visit with Dr. Wilbanks, I have my OWN teeth, and my smile has been restored -- all for less than 10% of what the other dentist wanted to charge! I want to cry tears of joy every time I look in the mirror! His staff is absolutely amazing too! They all have great Chairside Manner and seem happy to work there. I am beyond grateful for Y'all!
