If I could give this place 10 stars I would. The service is so so so good. I went for a pedicure with my mom and they treated us great. We had great conversations with the staff there. Super friendly and welcoming and they do good work too. I will be back for sure ?

Marissa cut my toenails and did professional job. She is very pleasant. She recommended I go to a podiatrist for my curling toenails which I did. Now that my toenails are manageable I will definitely return to Shoals Nail & Spa and request Marissa. Highly recommend !

I walked in to see if I could get my nails done and was told hey could. Sat and waited a realistic amount of time while I picked out my polish. They lady and man that was doing nails were very nice. They were busy, short staffed and had some other challenges they were facing but they apologized and was so nice the entire time. My time in the chair was a bit longer than I feel is the normal and I was a little pressed for time, but the guy finished my nails just in time. As they were flustered, and I was time pressed never once were they rude. I will definitely be back and hope to be able to make an appointment next time.Service: Acrylic nails
