“I booked an appt over Facebook messenger but there was either a miscommunication or they forgot to write me down. Idk maybe both. Either way, so it’s a Saturday (today august 27th) and I’m getting eloped so I’m on a tight schedule. There was only two ladies in the shop. They were quick to figure out the situation and find a solution. Originally I was going to get a wash, cut, and style. But because of the situation we decided just to style it because I was on a time crunch and they had other scheduled clients they were working on. Layla was my savior today! She styled my hair quickly and it was soooo pretty! It wasn’t what I went in expecting, but I’m so grateful they were so nice and helpful. I will be returning. I just wanted to let everyone know to call and confirm your appointment if you message them! I should’ve done that, but what can I say? We all make mistakes. Which is why you shouldn’t be quick to judge and react if things don’t go exactly how you expect. Most of the time there’s a perfectly good fix or compromise!
