“We’re having trouble with our A/C unit. Our ‘regular’ company was called & we were told nothing was wrong with our unit & that there was nothing else they could do for us. We called these guys for a 2nd opinion & we couldn’t believe how responsive & helpful these guys were!!! They were able to come out within just a couple of hours, understood our situation & were more than happy to help us with our situation! They helped us figure out what was wrong with our system & we were able to make the appropriate next steps to get our system fixed. Our ‘regular’ company is no longer our company. Sorry, Birdwell. We can’t say enough positive things about Nate,Josh & Tyler!! They were so helpful, attentive & understanding of our situation & were able to provide the information we desperately needed to get our system fixed!! 6 months later our heat went out in November & we needed a new unit. Thank goodness for Eagle Pro & their team. They got the new unit in immediately & we couldn’t be happier with their service. Fast forward 6mon & they were out here doing regular check ups on our system. No money could pay for customer care like this!!!“

I called and they said they were a little backed up but they would be out within 2 days. 36 hours later the technician is calling ready to fix my unit. He arrives and within an hour he finds the problem and fixes it within another hour. My heat is now working great and it was a cheap fix.
