I had an excellent experience at Serenity Day Spa. All the ladies were so nice. I received a deep tissue massage from Mendy (Best one I’ve ever had), facial from Briley (She was extremely helpful in answering all my questions about my skin care concerns), and a gel manicure from Katie (she was extremely detailed and did an excellent job). I highly recommend all of them and hope to be back!

I am not one to complain and I have only ever had good experiences until this week when my nail girl got sick and I had to be schedule with someone else. For $30 dollars I was very displeased especially after seeing some other clients who had the same experience.

Was on vacation in Cleveland after visiting family and booked a massage and facial for myself and my Mother. We each had a session with Breana and we both enjoyed our time. The ladies were lovely and our experience was very relaxing. I'd definitely visit again if we go back to Cleveland.
