Omgoodness! What a wonderful person and company. I had no appointment after being treated poorly at PetSmart and showed up at Gina's. She took my precious baby right in, and was completely booked for that day! I can't Thank You enough and I highly recommend!

My girl we adopted was super matted since before adoption, we butchered half of it and they fixed the remainder (a ton) of matts giving her a new chance to grow her beautiful coat, before grooming she was literally biting her fur off it bothered her so much but she couldn’t be happier now, they told me how good she was, gave her treats and a toy! Not to forget they got me in last minute to save what they could of her fur and help her since she began biting her fur off and had began an allergic reaction needing medication due to her fur, nobody else near could get me in for months!! I’m over the moon with my fur baby’s “teddy bear” cut!!! Gina was so kind and patient. She communicated with us throughout the process and did what she could to make Mr. Leo look like a million bucks! Thanks Gina!
