I’ve never had to wait longer than a week to get my glasses and they are willing to adjust them if they don’t fit perfectly. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!“

“I wish I could give Dr. Pair's office more than 5 stars. I haven't been to an eye doctor in several years. When I walked in his office, the staff was nice. I expected one of them to take me to the exam room when it was my turn, but Dr. Pair came and got me himself. He was very good at explaining everything and answering all my questions in terms I could understand.When I got my glasses from a 1-hr place and needed them adjusted, not only was his staff willing to help me, but he personally worked on making sure they fit correctly. I'll definitely go back to him next time I need anything eye related.“

“1 star for cost, 5 stars to the Dr, 5 stars for service, 1 star for the time it took to actually get my glasses.
Positives-
It was very easy to make an appointment and the person on the phone was very sweet. Once I arrived I was greeted warmly and pretty much immediately seen. The doctor is the star here! She is amazing! I feel like I got the exact prescription that I needed and I've never seen better! Once I was done the lady who helped me pick my glasses and the details about them was also so kind! She was very thorough, attentive, and have me great advice!
Negatives-
I have pretty good vision insurance and I still payed a substantial amount for 1 pair of Walmart brand glasses. I do have astigmatism but everything else was covered by my insurance so I'm really unsure how the cost was so high. Also my appointment was on a Monday, and I did not get my glasses until the following Wednesday.
Ultimately I will go back to the Dr if she's still there next time, but I will be getting my glasses somewhere else but mostly just because of the cost.“
