Thank you to Dr. Lowe, Kae, & the entire staff of MyEyeDr Trussville.I typically dread these appointments but wow! I can't express how thankful, grateful, and excited I am to go to the eye doctor now.Each staff member was super nice and friendly. Dr. Lowe was thorough and answered all my questions without making me feel “less than”.And, Kae was simply phenomenal! Kae helped me find a pair of glasses which complimented not only my personality but always my budget. I appreciate her taking the time to explain my insurance benefits and my optical options.
Everyone in the office is super helpful and kind! Dr Lowe is great and was very thorough with my exam. Matt was also very friendly and helpful with me picking out my frames and getting the upgrades I needed
Awesome experience! Dr. Lowe is very sweet and takes her time. Loved Misti, she was hilarious! Matt was absolutely amazing! He took his time to help me find the perfect pair of frames! Definitely found the perfect eye doctors office!
