I'm new to wearing glasses and Zena and Jessica J was very patient and professional. The store had a very welcoming atmosphere and I appreciate the ladies answering all my 137 questions. Kayla showed me quite a few styles that I liked and helped me decide since I walked in not even knowing what I wanted....very happy with the service thank you ladies..
Dr. Agee made my baby's first experience SO easy and stress free! She was super nervous about anyone touching her eyes and he was so kind and patient with her we will be back for all her eye care needs. The entire staff was amazing and Jessica went the extra mile to make sure we had as much information walking out as we could. 10/10, HIGHLY recommend!!!
Last Saturday, I had an eye exam. I was expecting to do the two pairs and exam for whatever the price. As I’m checking out my eyeglasses, the person helping me tells me that because my prescription is so bad it would be an extra $130 just for the lenses. I asked her if I could choose a Cheaper lens. She told me I could not. So, I stood up, asked to pay for my exam only, and left without any glasses with the intention of ordering online.
Something made me call that afternoon. I called ten minutes before they closed and I told Jessica what happened. She told me to come in and she would help me figure out my situation.
