TeLisa King was able to tell me what my insides were doing and why. My left foot told her what I suffer with and I do. She was able to tell me what I need to incorporate in my diet when I’m hungry and don’t eat because that is my problem. More importantly, she made my anxiety RELEASE me like Joy told Anxiety in #InsideOut2 but with her hands!!!
