From the start, the booking process was simple and straightforward. The directions and instructions for accessing the suite were excellent, making it easy to find. The massage room is located within a shared office space, but the suite itself is completely private and locks behind you, which made me feel very comfortable.

One thing that really stood out was the personal phone call I received beforehand. It was refreshing to speak with a real person who took the time to walk me through the setup and answer any questions.

The wave sound machine was a nice touch, even though I brought headphones and listened to an audiobook. Most importantly, I enjoyed two glorious hours of complete peace and zero interruptions—something that feels increasingly rare these days. The pricing was also very reasonable for the experience provided.

The only minor improvement I would suggest is moving the curtains higher to the top of the window, which might make the curtain rod feel a bit sturdier.
