I was able to get a super nice cut from Wes! I think they were a little surprised to see a woman come in, but hey if you need a good short cut this is the place. Very nice shop and great atmosphere.

The team at Kraft were phenomenal with our service. Dennis came out and did the diagnosis that our boiler need to be replaced and was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he was doing and how he came to that diagnosis as well as answering any questions I had about the process and helping me find the best replacement for the boiler while explaining why he made that recommendation over other boilers. I worked with Maraya over the phone who did an amazing job with communicating and scheduling the services we needed. Brett and Casey were the technicians that came out to do the replacement of the boiler and much like Dennis they did an awesome job explaining everything they did as they installed the new boiler and answering any questions I had. My overall experience with the Kraft team is that they were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable through an unfortunate surprise and I will absolutely be working with them again for any future needs.

I own a auto repair shop in Texas. I am from Fairbanks and live in Texas now, I go home every summer to see Mom. Mom's van broke down on her and I asked the former owner of Polar Automotive ( my uncle ) who would you recommend and his first word was Dave's. Dave has been in heaven for a while now but the shop manager was there to help us out and they did a fantastic job helping us with our repair needs.
As a technician myself it was hard for me to pay someone to fix my moms car, but my Uncle highly recommended Dave's and I am glad he did.
The office lady was very nice, the manager was very nice, the whole experience was nice, we had no issues at all with the shop, with the work, with anything at all.
We will be using them again and hopefully this week, need another car repaired and I wouldn't trust any other shop to fix it for me.
I have thin curly hair and is one of the few people that's ever been able to cut it right. She does amazing color as well whether it's highlights or fun colors. My daughter gets hers done and it lasts forever. The conversation is always lively just prepared for honesty cuz she is exactly who she says she is. I enjoy every visit.

Was referred this company by another company for water pressure issues. I called and asked if they could help me with water pressure issues. I verified how long it might take and what they charge structure was. They informed me that they would be able to help me and that all materials needed would be in their truck so it would be taken cared of that same visit. I asked if they for sure can help me with water pressure issues. Again they said they would. The tech that came was professional but after 30is minutes of doing diagnostic tests he informed me that they could not do anything because it might be an outside problem. At this point I as very dissatisfied from the service. However, one of the owners reached out to clear up the misunderstanding and informed me that my issue was very rare occurrence and walked me through what would they have been able to do because most issues with water pressure are inside issues they can handle. The person i talked to sounded very honest so it has changed my view about their business. The charge for diagnosing is still a but steep for not a full hour but I understand thats how they charge their service. It’s unfortunate that they were not able to help me out in the end but at least referred to me someone that should be able to.

Ian has exceptional skills and gives top notch service! I work at the hospital and needed help during a storm, and he came right away to ensure I could get to work (he even came late at night). Today we needed to get into our shed and he was able to help us gain access while preserving it’s integrity. Same day service and pricing is VERY reasonable! 10/10 recommend!

These guys definitely came through on my truck. Brought in my f350 for some front end work and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I've also brought my wife's durango with an electrical bug and they also worked hard to track down the problem. I explained that I Travel to valdez for work and they made sure everything was good before leaving. Couldn't be happier with the work
I was at the north pole location today and I just want to say the girl working today idk I was there like 11 am she was the most helpful person i needed more lotion and told her what I wanted and didn't want and she nailed it. she awesome ? I didn't catch her name but she was awesome.

We absolutely love our little slice of peace and quiet. He is amazing, he and his crew seeded my yard and they were on time and worked hard to complete my yard in one day. I was impressed with the quality job they did. I had a moose and her 2 calves walk through my acre plus yard the day after he and his crew hydroseeded. He was Johnny on the spot, there the next day to lay more seed down. Antonio is was very nice, he tried to answer any questions that we had and asked if we needed anything else before he left, he was friendly and very helpful! On a long RV trip our best pal needed a bath. Called a few weeks in advance to make an appointment. Plan was just a much needed bath, but groomer offered to trim his nail, trim his coat a bit and make sure his ears were clean. She did a great job, couldn’t be happier. Price was great - cheapest groomer we’ve had since the trip started. If in the area, we will definitely visit her again.
I am blown away by the service I received from Blackhawk Works. Cody was phenomenal to work with, and was professional and communicative throughout the entire process. His team worked super hard and they made absolutely sure I was happy with the final product. Could not recommend this crew enough, and will definitely be using them again in the future!
Ace’s crew replaced my shake-shingle home with asphalt shingles. They coordinated timing and completed the work professionally, and promptly. They met, and in part exceeded, our expectations. Certain extras were required and reasonably priced. We are happy with the results. We recommend Ace.

I'm so glad I did lol. Rather than just a trim as I had originally came in for, she gave me a cute and super trendy hair cut that I'm such a fan of! NYC hair stylists could never in their whole careers do what Jackie did in 20 mins. Whatever you do, ask for her advice! She will not disappoint ☺️

This was my first time here. Just traveling for the summer. Place was clean and the staff was friendly. I went in for a gel color change. Cindy was the do name of the staff member that worked on me. I told her what I was used to back home and she did her best to do the moresame. Cost was more than I was used to paying. Now that I know what to expect, I will probably go back.
Great service, great communication and the technicians are knowledgeable! They were spot on their quote they first gave me. Also they installed a bad check valve and after discovering the issue with the newly installed water pump. They came back out to fix the issue. The equipment and service is under warranty to a degree. I highly recommend Alaska Best! Ask for Lonnie as your technician! Very family oriented!
