I brought my truck in to get some maintenance done. Overall it was a great experience. If I had one issue with this as with most car repair places; it would be, if I have an appointment for 10:00 11:00 or noon, I shouldn't drive back past the same shop 3 hours later and see my vehicle still sitting on the parking lot just because I decided to come back and get it later instead of waiting for it at the location. Why have a scheduling system if you're not going to remotely stick to the schedule. Now in this situation it's a minor detail because I didn't really need the vehicle but I digress. Have to give a shout out to the team at Pearson. After having new alignment cams installed and an alignment performed, Mason realized the torque wrench was out of calibration. Rather than ask me to come back in, Mason made a personal house call to re-torque everything. I’ve never heard of nor experienced an auto repair shop making a house call. Tremendous service and super friendly staff!
