We were on vacation and learned our water line had frozen. Working long distance with Homestead was great. The day we got back they contacted us and fit us in. Don and Zach were both great to work with.

They have been nothing short of amazing for regular service and emergency freeze ups ( it’s been a cold winter )
From the office to the field.. the whole team is amazing
Always friendly on the phone and very prompt.. very good at call backs if they missed your call
There’s great communication between the office and the field. If the lady in the office says they will be there on Thursday.. the crew is there on Thursday
They call when they are on their way and most importantly they show up when they say they are going to show up.. no wondering or waiting

I can’t say enough good things about this business. From the moment I contacted them, they were responsive and accommodating. The quality of their work is exceptional, and I couldn’t be happier with the final result. And at a great price 😁
