We came in with a Basic problem on our screen resolution . The staff was friendly and willing to help . They were clear on the process and up front on prices. We dropped off to have it repaired. A few minutes later they called back saying it was ready for pick up . Again we were met with smiling faces and a positive adittudes . I will bring a second computer down for them to maintnance team to clean up . 5 starts for a great local business

Excellent customer service from beginning to end.My laptop would not boot up fully so after a search to see my options of computer repair companies, I choose Up North Computers. I’m happy that I did.Hunter was very informative when checking in my laptop. He let me know that they would be performing a free diagnostic analysis and the timeframe. His customer service skills had me feeling that I chose the correct company to help with my computer issues.Cove called me a couple days later to let me know what the fix would be and also suggested an upgrade to help with my computer performance. The customer service here is excellent! The Technician was able to explain everything in ways that really helped me to understand. They even took the time to help me load Minecraft on my laptop, which was so kind and helpful.
