Tony was quick & accurate to diagnose my Cadillac. He had me in and out in less than an hour with a list of things that needed tending too. They are not your average towing company.
Helped me with getting my car out of impound, pretty much without any delay, and surprisingly affordable. Very profesional. If u ever get ur car impounded and getting it out was almost impossible, call these guys, the impound lot actually prefers to work with the tow companys plus its alot easier with almost zero hoops to jump thru, I didn't even have to go to city hall in person, I sent them a copy of my DL and bam, I just have to pick up at the tow company's place of business and the best part is since Preferred Towing is on site, u can pretty much arrange to pick up no matter what ur schedule is, otherwise ur stuck trying to make arrangements around state business...read full review
Glenn showed up within 45 min. Via our insurance roadside assistance. Really helpful and friendly guy. He worked to get air into tire as our newer vehicle has an onboard compressor and seal kit that did not work. Once he got it pressured up, he followed me home about 10 miles. Great experience!
