Even with a full schedule, she got back to me soon after to squeeze me in the same day!Great communication and Dakota is knowledgeable and explained the process/issue to my "unhandy" partner well.As he was driving off, he noticed the garage door wasn't latching properly (since we had to manually open it when the power died) and GOT OUT OF THE CAR to help latch it back on! What a sweetheart!
