5 stars for the owner's willingness to negotiate based on using remnants!
5 stars for how quickly they could measure and install! This project went from an idea to fruition in about 2 weeks!
2 stars for the sales team's communication with the installers. They were supposed to break pieces up into small enough portions to place in my trash so I could save money on the removal, but they didnt know that because no one told them and I was at work during the installation so wasnt there to bring it up.
2 stars for treatment by another sales team representative who told me that I was incorrect and didnt know what I was talking about when I mentioned another sales rep from the day prior told me there were remnants of the product I wanted in the yard which could most likely fit my needs. I was always happy to work with Robbin, but I cannot say the same for ther other person who was rude.“
