Emma O’Toole at the North was extremely pleasant to deal with very friendly and she did an excellent job cutting my hair.
I went to Roslin and had the best haircut of my life, all I did was show the reference photo and she asked every step of the way about how I felt about it and was very considerate. I also asked her if I could get a tutorial on how to style my hair the moment I got home.
So she did one side of my head with product and allowed me to do the other side so I could learn the technique. Genuinely so kind and the customer service was amazing 10/10 recommend and definitely look for Roslin next time your here.

I was disappointed with the service I received last Saturday and reported it, but no-one from Prairie nails has got back to me with an apology or explanation, which I would have appreciated, and I think post customer care is as important as pre. My nails were done by Vera, and she nailed it (literally ?). For my lashes, I went for a lift and tint — didn’t quite get the result I was hoping for, but I know it’s just my stubborn Asian lashes ?

My young daughter had an incident involving a volleyball net and an ear piercing, which resulted in her piercing getting pulled into her ear. Before going to the hospital, we called Xu, and he came in one his days off to retrieve it. He was professional and calm with a worked up little girl, and was able to pull it back through her ear with a minimum of discomfort and incredible professionalism. On top of all of it, we left with no charge, and an incredible experience (plus a sucker and juice box)

I got my first tattoo recently and have to say that Macey is a very professional Tattoo artist and customer service, client wellbeing is very important to her. Top notch plumbing provider, we've had them at both our houses over the years multiple times. The people are all excellent, whether it's the front desk phone, dispatch, sales/quote, and especially the plumbers themselves. Most often Crystal at the house, and always excellent work. Our brief experience with other providers were largely negative, which makes Silvertip seem even more preferable, the courteous service on top of the quality work.

J & D made magic happen! I had multiple of companies come by to see about getting lighting in my living room without tearing up my ceilings or drywall. Everyone but J&D said not possible. They were efficient, clean and quite respectful in our space. Pricing was competitive and communication was clear throughout the project.

We faced a dog owners worst fears on Wednesday. We had a very sick older dog and were sure that it was time to have her euthanized. After bringing Emmy in and talking with Dr Sarah, she gave us some options we could try. Dr Sarah also understood that we had another old dog on the same medication at home and having two dogs on expensive medication was a problem. So after some adjustments it became more affordable. All the staff showed such compassion and care for both Emmy and me. I was very emotional. Thank you so much to all of you. You are greatly appreciated. ❤️

We decided to check out the private in door gym/play area. My boy and I both hate the cold weather and the ice lately is deadly so it was time for some indoor playtime! Very friendly staff, easy online booking and very affordable! The area was huge with toys and different equipment to use and even an outdoor area for bathroom breaks. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely fantastic and the best deep tissue massage I’ve had to date. I have a torn rotator cuff so my neck and back are generally brutal and it usually takes 2-3 appointments for even minor relief. Today was the first time I left a practitioners office where I had immediate relief after my first appointment.
Highly recommend. I’ll be recommending this practitioner to my immediate family and she will be my go to from now on!
