“Olivia made me feel so welcome and safe when I went to get my hair cut. I’ve had a bad experience with a hairdresser in the past (not at this salon but a different one), resulting in my being very anxious to get my hair cut. My husband had first gone to Olivia at a barber shop over a year ago and highly recommended her (and still goes to her) so I figured I would give her a try. I had a fantastic experience. We chatted and she was super cool! She assured me that it was no problem that I hadn’t had my hair cut in years. I really appreciated her friendliness and kindness. She was excited to do the haircut I chose which made me feel even better. And my hair turned out fantastic! I was so pleased! I will continue to visit Olivia and twisted pretty. I’m actually thinking of getting laser hair removal eventually. I also got my eyebrows done that day and was so relaxed. They had a heated bed and the tech chatted with me and made me feel comfortable. Overall I am happy with my experience and will return soon!“
