“Completed Level 1&2 Reiki at Rooted Heart with Shelley, she created a really warm and welcoming atmosphere for the group and not only did we expand our knowledge on reiki but we made some really great connections too. I really enjoyed our attunement ceremonies with the sound baths. I would highly recommend Shelley & Rooted Heart to anyone looking for a safe space to learn & grow. Thanks for sharing your gift Shelley!”
“I had a great first experience at my studios with Brittiany! It’s been about 5 years since I’ve gone to a class, the intuitive flow was perfect for getting back into it”
“I’m new to yoga and decided to try the Warm Chill class here. The atmosphere is awesome—very relaxing and welcoming. As a 48-year-old man starting out, I found it incredibly beginner-friendly. Kelda is a fantastic teacher. If you're looking for a comfortable place to start your yoga practice, this is it.”
