Great sales experience, but completely abandoned after deliveryI purchased a home from Classic Modular in Grande Prairie in October 2023. During the ordering and design phase, the team was fantastic and very helpful with finalizing our floor plan. However, I am deeply disappointed with the service since the home was delivered.We have multiple outstanding issues that require immediate attention:Five or six significant cracks in the drywall that they promised to repair.Exterior siding that is coming off the house in multiple places.An active leak in our bathroom.I have contacted the company several times via text and email. This company was amazing, helpful in finding a home to fit our needs, price, answering questions in a timely manner. We had a small delay with weather and uncontrollable circumstances but in the end all resolved. Thank you for your help, our home is fantastic. Your McBride home owner.
