Showed up for my apt (first timer) and was super embarrassed as I had the day wrong ??‍♀️ but Doug was so kind and chatted with me about what I was looking for in an cut. Didn’t rush me away.
The next day was my actual apt…and wow, Doug listened and understood how meaningful my hair was to me and the journey I took to get it where it was. He made me feel super comfortable and at ease. Like I’d know him forever.

“I went to Roslin and had the best haircut of my life, all I did was show the reference photo and she asked every step of the way about how I felt about it and was very considerate. I also asked her if I could get a tutorial on how to style my hair the moment I got home.
