Rooted Heart Yoga and Art Studio offers a variety of services led by Shelley, a kind and knowledgeable yoga teacher and reiki healer. Her yoga classes are great for exercise and provide modifications to suit individual needs. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. Shelley also offers reiki healing sessions and sound baths, all designed to promote healing for the body, mind, and spirit.

If you’re looking for a very welcoming yoga space no matter how experienced, this is the place. I started coming to this studio for their March challenge but fell in love with the instructors and their dedication to their practice. The instructors take the extra bit of time to offer corrections and make sure you feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire class. There truly is a class for everyone no matter your experience or mobility level ❤️
