Furthermore, the front desk staff were always very kind and helpful with payments and bookings. All around, a lovely community spot and highly recommend if you are in search of treatment options surrounding physio, or any of the other services they offer.“

If you're looking for an effective way to build muscle and keep it, this is the place. It’s not your typical gym routine where you're spending hours on end. The workouts are quick, efficient, and focused—only 15-20 minutes, done at a slow, controlled pace, one on one with your trainer. There’s no sweat, just pure muscle strengthening. It’s a fantastic way to get strong without spending hours at the gym. Definitely worth checking out!“

There’s a great blend of functional movement space with turf for all the unconventional / sport performance training I love. More benches here than a courtroom drama marathon and machines for days… so there’s a good mix of the conventional exercise vibe for folks looking for that sort of thing.
If you’re into Olympic Lifting like I am, there are so many platforms here, I’m waiting for someone to give a TED Talk.
This gym has more stair climbers than a fire drill at the Empire State Building. Every time I go to the cardio side, I half expect to see a Sherpa handing out oxygen masks, so you’ve always got a spot to get your sweat on.
The recovery room alone is worth the price of admission, and I’m shocked at how clean, quiet and courteous everyone is in that space. Always a massage pod or hot/cold bed, or the compression recovery. Absolute dynamite value. Dry sauna to finish.
My next review will be on the Group X… and for now, this facility absolutely slays. It looks and feels like a place I wanna be. Well done, GoodLife.

I usually hit the gym early in the morning before work, and I have to say—the woman who works the front desk makes my day, every day.
From the moment I walk in, she greets everyone with so much energy and positivity. Then as I’m heading out, she always throws in words of encouragement that completely hype me up for the day ahead. It’s such a small thing, but it makes a huge difference, and it truly sets the tone for my mornings.
She does her job incredibly well and deserves to be recognized for the positivity, warmth, and motivation she brings to members. Canyon Meadows is lucky to have her!“
