“I was replacing the screen on my own phone when I ran into a stripped screw and needed another one to finish the job. Since my phone was down because of this and I couldn't do my work without it, I started looking for a replacement screw as soon as possible. Non of the cellphone repair places I've phoned in the area were willing to help since there is not money to be made.These guys picked up my call and nicely told me to come down, when I arrived the owners were super nice and gave me a bag of spare screws so I can get going and finish the repair.I tried to pay but they wouldn't accept my money, this shows great character and if I ever run into a repair that's beyond my scope I'll make sure to take it here.“

“I just wanted to take a minute to talk about my experience with mobile klinik.

I went by to get my broken s23 ultra looked at and found the cost to repair my phone or do a data extraction. We started talking phone plans and found out not only could I save $100 per month between our phone plan but they would also sell me an s23 ultra for the price of the repair my old phone needed. They even went as far as to hook a screen up to my old S23 and do a data transfer saving years of memories and my company data.

Fast forward the battery was giving me some issues and needed to be charged 3 times per day. I had issues with 2 different mobile klinik locations but I went back to market mall and they repaired the phone in 2 hours under warranty and we're understanding of the situation and listened to my feedback on the other locations. I highly recommend this location as a business owner myself I can say thats a level of customer service I like to see.“
