They offer fast repairs, often in one hour, with the best rates and quality parts. The manager provides fantastic and great service, offering good deals and resolving issues. Customers report restored faith in the business and highly recommend i-Cell for everyone's phone needs.
On Sunday, June 14, 2026, I had an excellent experience at the I-Cell store. Mohamed, the staff member on duty that day, was extraordinary. I went in to remove a rigid phone case from my wife's Pixel 8 Pro. He took it off with incredible ease and skill! I then asked him if he had a screen protector for the device; luckily, it was in stock, and he applied it with the utmost care. I want to thank Mohamed for his patience, kindness, professionalism, competence, and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this store and Mohamed's services!
All boxing day I was hunting for a new phone case for an older model Samsung (Galaxy a50) And I was directed to I-Cell on the 2nd floor, Wonderful experience and he had many options for me to choose from, And 21$ for a durable phone case! Recommended 10/10
