I had a great experience at WirelessTek SW Calgary with Alex.

My daughter’s iPhone 16 Pro had a completely black screen and was frozen for days — it wouldn’t turn on at all. I honestly thought the phone was completely damaged and that I would have to throw it away. Alex spent over 30 minutes patiently working on it and brought it back to life. Thanks to him, I’m now planning to trade it in through Apple in the future.

Great job by Alex who was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. My iPhone 7 had its charging port dead and Alex replaced it quickly within the time promised and it is now working like new. I highly recommend this place.👍
