Saw you guys on Facebook. The next day I brought my PS5 controller in with the infamous left thumb stick drift. Was told it would be ready in two hours. Two hours and five minutes later I got a call that the controller was ready. Works like new. Thank you.
I made an inquiry from their website form and they responded quickly on email. This matters because around half of companies websites (in general) typically don’t. Some months later I popped in…..the pricing they provided to replace an iPad screen was reasonable and was done in under two hours - no issues. The guys were friendly and helpful.
CPR saved my bacon last week! I lost my cell phone at a grocery store and had no idea what to do - my mind was spinning, do I just go buy a new phone right now??? What if they find it then I can't return the new phone - I thought. I remember CPR was just up the road and is a member of BarterPay. I raced over and the owner Geoff was there to save me! He sold me a phone on Barter on the spot, stayed so calm and collected, which helped me calm down too. So not only did I have a phone to use right away, I didn't have to drop a pile of cash for it. CPR has been helping me, my family, and clients with stellar advice and service for YEARS. Highly recommend!
