I needed a new screen on my iPad- this was accomplished very successfully and at a reasonable price. It took a little longer than expected to get parts but this is beyond control of the shop.

I took my old iPhone in to see Rick with many questions about this device, syncing problems and possible replacements. He was very patient and personable, taking time to explain things in a way I could understand (I’m not terribly techie). After spending 30 or 40 minutes addressing all my issues, he graciously declined to charge me for his time and efforts. I will definitely take my business to The Stem Support in future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rick to anyone looking for a fair, reputable and knowledgeable repair service for their Apple devices. We’ve taken a few devices to The Stem Support, and every experience has been outstanding. Rick fixed our iPad screen, changed an Apple phone battery, brought a 2015 MacBook back to life, and even revived a 2009 iMac we thought was beyond saving! Both computers had a mix of hardware and software issues, yet everything now runs perfectly — and all for a fraction of what we would’ve paid at Apple. Honest, skilled, and reliable.
