The fairmont staff are like nothing you’ll ever experience at another resort. They truly go above and beyond in every way! We experienced such great hospitality and service throughout the resort and every business located inside.
Fairmont staff played a huge roll in going above and beyond for helping my fiancé plan our engagement without me knowing anything, they were so accommodating and helpful and celebrated with us.
The little cafe in the front lobby was absolutely amazing, their breakfast was dreamy & the staff was so friendly and explained everything about their ingredients and their business and we really enjoyed it!
The little pub in the back was amazing, the spa was unmatched & 1888 chophouse was a big hit for our celebratory dinner afterward & we loved the food and service.
If you have the chance to do the guided tour i definitely recommend, we almost didn’t go and we were so glad we did. This place has so many cool facts and things to see that aren’t even shared online so it was super cool to learn about.
Our entire stay start to finish was perfect & we can’t wait to go back!
