Stunning flowers and kind, courteous, professional service!!! We had our destination wedding in Banff in August 2025. Being that we were not going to be able to make a trip to Banff prior to the wedding, we had to put a lot of faith and trust in the people and places we were hiring. Banff Mountaintop Flowers came highly recommended by our wedding planner, (Harry George Weddings) and we are so glad we used them. The arrangements, bouquets, and corsages, were all beautifully done, within our budget and were more beautiful in person than I could have ever dreamed!!! We loved working remotely with them to get just what we wanted and we absolutely adored our flowers!!! (After our ceremony, we were even able to donate our arrangements through Harry to a local home for the elderly which made it all even better). I Highly recommend Banff Mountaintop Flowers for your event or wedding!!! They are simply the best. ❤️

Currently a patient here and definitely recommend. As a person who’s never had any sort of injury before, I’m very thankful for the experience. Jazz is great, super knowledgeable and has given me some peace of mind. I love how they have an app with videos to help you with your exercises. It also motivates me to do them.. haha. Ive interacted with 2 front desk ladies (sorry I’m awful at names). Both great, kind and compassionate. Thank you. I appreciate everything !!

Amazing experience working with Kim! She has an incredible eye for detail and works to learn all key people’s names (immediate family and bridal party) to make the portrait portion of the session very smooth. She is very quick to respond to emails and make additional edits as needed!

This was my first massage and I was a bit nervous but excited before getting to there. She made sure I felt comfortable the entire time and she asked all the best questions. I dont have alot of experience with massages but this felt just right! Perfect pressure and she was very very kind! Her tahini cookies are also a bonus, delicious :)
Just had my first Canadian themed tattoo I walked in and Natalia accommodated me even though she only had 30 minutes left - she was friendly and my tattoo is bloody awesome

Wonderful experience right from the initial request for my dog to attend daycare. Felt very comfortable at check in and my dog was instantly calm with the employees. Highly recommend and will definitely be back next time we are town for doggy daycare!
Jeremy and Cassidy did an amazing job doing our hair for my bridal party. They were fun to chat with and upbeat making a long morning tons of fun. The results were stunning. Everyone's hair held up all day/night, even after being in the wind. I have never had curls last so long. Thank you so much!

Visiting Banff and had my very first Lash Lift done by Tenejah at the studio. Was put at immediate ease with how friendly and clean the salon was. Might have dozed off during the lash lift as the music selection playing was so relaxing. Do not know how it was possible to have my lashes look so full and curled…thinking a bit of magic perhaps lol. Highly recommend visiting this studio and having Tenejah take care of you.
Also I am a repeat customer…last three trips I find the time to go for brows, pedicures and manicures. Always top notch!

Highly recommend Standish. We had a low tire in our rental car while visiting Banff and were told by other companies that they had two weeks wait list. Standish was able to get us taken care of, fixed the puncture in our tire and were amazing! So professional. I could not say enough good things about this company. They were a life saver. Highly recommend!
So amazing! The spa is clean, well decorated, relaxing, well kept, and the staff are all amazing! Check in was easy, the staff super friendly, and the couples massage we had was so relaxing and amazing - a much needed treat after a few days of hiking and exploring the area. Anytime we visit Banff we’ll be making a stop here!

Girlfriends and I enjoyed a lovely afternoon at the spa. It is clean, modern, and the treatments were great (especially the rejuvenating facial).
We were all extremely taken aback, however, when we checked out and were asked verbally to provide our gratuity to the front desk clerk, instead of choosing our gratuity when providing payment with the machine, like every other establishment. When two of us asked why we couldn't just add the gratuity on the machine, she said their system wasn't capable of that -- which is frankly unheard of, and honestly it felt crass. I took one star off for that -- it wasn't a great customer service experience.
Had the best massage of my entire 18 years here. I got the 45 min relaxation massage- Deborah did an amazing job. So relaxing and explained everything perfectly. The head massage is to die for. The facility was GORGEOUS, the hot pool was so relaxing and the shower was so nice afterwards! 10/10 recommend if you’re in Banff.
Great natural hot spring in Banff that is a wonderful place to come with family. We came as part of our tour to Banff and enjoyed an hour in the hot springs. There are showers that you use before and after using the natural hot springs and is day am hour is good enough. We came in July 2025 and had a wonderful time. Gift shop available and towels as well.
If you like mountain views while golfing on a great track, it doesn't get better than here!
Banff Upper Hot Springs is an incredible experience! The stunning views of the mountains and surrounding nature make it the perfect place to unwind after a long day of hiking in the cold. There's something magical about soaking in the warm, toasty waters while the crisp, freezing air surrounds you--it's truly unforgettable. The combination of relaxation and breathtaking scenery makes this spot a must-visit. I can't wait to return and do it all over again someday! Definitely worth it!
