We had an outstanding experience with Whitehorse Subaru Service Department. The Service Advisors were very helpful and thorough on explaining the problem. The Service Manager was very helpful with getting our car scheduled in and making sure we were back on the road in a couple of days. The Technician was very helpful and thorough with trying to figure out what the problem was. We had our 22 Subaru Outback wilderness towed from Dalton City Camp ground on the 25th of May 2025 to Whitehorse Subaru Service Department where they performed diagnostics and repairs to find that I had picked up bad gas along the way which caused us to be immobilized and had two shorten our trip.… read full review
We had several great experiences at Subaru of Whitehorse in August 2024. My wife and I were on a trip of a lifetime traveling from Alabama to Alaska. Unfortunately our camper started having problems with the diesel emissions system which limited us to a crawl mode. This occurred in Whitehorse and we decided to rent a car from Subaru and look around to see who we could get to diagnose and repair our camper.
