“Amazing trigger point therapy by Lisa. We were on a long roadtrip and stopped in whitehorse for the day. My dad was suffering from a pinched nerve that caused his fingers to go numb occasionally, as well as pain and discomfort throughout the day. Lisa worked all the muscles and points in his arm shoulder and neck with strong pressure. The next morning the numbness was greatly reduced and the pain from the pinched nerve was gone and both of us had the normal tenderness associated with strong trigger point massage. I use massage as part of my pain management regimen for my back issues, Lisa dug out my usual problems that I ask to be worked on and even found one spot that no other has found before.
