For anything related to installation/reinstallation and maitenence on oil stove heat ask for Brian - he is extremely knowledgable and experienced and took time to show us exactly how the stove works, what maintenance is required, and how to troubleshoot error messages. The guy is a wizard, wouldn't trust anyone else with our heating!

I gave five stars to Bunny who provides an excellent customer service in this company. When she was on holidays, no one in the company was able to answer my questions. She is only one there who does extra to make customers satisfied.
