Originally, when I was thinking about this review, it would have been a one star. However, as time progressed and communication with Toyota, particularly Holly, continued, it became clear to me that they valued customer service and value their customers. I do not live in the Yukon, but I have a vehicle here to drive while I’m working. There was a mixup in the spring with some work that should’ve been done and wasn’t, and then a vehicle that should’ve been ready and wasn’t. Awesome service! Shaun was able to fit us in last minute as we were passing through town. The service techs did a great job on the truck and the service advisors were very communicative. All around stellar service.
