Coming in late to the party but better late than never! I got my eyebrows done by Brightly and they’ve never looked better. I don’t trust anyone to go near my eyebrows but she absolutely nailed them and I would highly recommend her! Brightly is also so kind, friendly, and warm, you immediately feel good and totally looked after once walking into her space. I would come back to Teton Beauty Lounge all the way from Australia just to get Brightly to do my brows again.

Brad and Victor arrived at my home shortly after I requested assistance. They knew what to do and how to do it. In a little over two hours after they arrived, the water was removed, floors, carpet, shower stall, etc. had been cleaned and sanitized. They sealed off the problem area and put fans and an air sanitizer to work. What friendly, efficient service! And on a Sunday morning, too. They sure put a positive spin on what was an awful event. Thank you very much!
Terrain has done the best job keeping our road clean in the winter in over 25 years. They are reliable and go beyond what anyone else had done before in the past. If they fall behind their usual schedule because of a big storm they contact you to let you know that they are running later than normal and in addition to their great job their pricing is very reasonable.

Kelly did a great job on my bridal hair! She was able to take my inspo pictures and make something specifically for me. She even had some hair accessories that I used! My hair stayed in place all night even with the wind blowing it all day!

Had a wonderful experience with Champu! My hair was natural for so long and I wanted a dramatic change but was nervous about how it would come out. I decided to try balyage in a silvery color with dark roots. Elisha did a wonderful job! She was realistic in what to expect trying to go so light with very dark hair, and was careful not to lift so much as to cause damage. She went above and beyond and spent extra time getting the shade just right. I opted for a long bob and absolutely love the color and cut combination. Highly recommend!

I had to come on here and share how incredible my experience was with Element Plumbing, Heating & Air. When my AC went out, they were the only company willing to come out the same day without waiting until the end of the day or charging outrageous after-hours fees. They arrived within just a couple of hours and were so kind and professional from the moment they showed up. I was honestly a little embarrassed explaining my financial situation, but they were more than kind — they made me feel respected and never once judged me. I hadn’t asked for any help, but they immediately offered to loan me a portable AC unit so my family wouldn’t be stuck in the heat. That gesture alone meant the world to me. They stayed in contact with me and after I told them I still couldn’t afford to move forward, I woke up to a message from them offering to replace the part and complete the repair for free. No pressure. No guilt. Just genuine care and a desire to help someone in a tough spot. I honestly don’t have the words — Element went so far above and beyond for me, and I’ll never forget their kindness. If you ever need plumbing, heating, or AC work done, this is the company to call!
I had a clogged sink over the weekend and come Monday morning I started calling every local plumber. This guy was the first to pick up, and arrived within a couple of hours. After unclogging the kitchen sink he also addressed a slow drain in the bathroom. He was probably in and out in under 10 minutes. Very friendly and communicative. I will definitely be recommending him to others.

While traveling in our Motorhome from Florida with our Shih tzu Molly she became very ill. After many calls to other vets on a saturday without any luck your office told us to bring her in. Unfortunatly we had to make the heartbreaking decision to have her put down.

We travel around the US full time and have had bad VCA experiences in the past. My chihuahua tore her dew claw and we called all the other vets first and no one could see her.
Dr. Patterson was able to see her right away and took care of her quickly and nicely. He even talked to me about another issue we're having with our male dog and eased some fears of mine. The whole experience was great and has made me reconsider using VCA in the future.
Dr. P also called and checked on her today, which reminded me to leave this review, AND almost never happens. A random person from the desk maybe, but the actual doctor?! We'll Def be calling for him if we ever need a vet again in JH.

Kate is an amazing massage therapist. She asked about problem areas and concerns, and then really focused on addressing them. I also had a salt scrub prior to my massage, the two treatments in combination meant that I left her studio with very soft skin and a lot less back pain. Spent a great week visiting a friend in Wilson, hiking & biking, and needed a massage. It's always a gamble, trying a new massage therapist, but Stevie was amazing! She is so intuitive, knows exactly where to work and how much pressure to use. Truly one of the best, if not THE best, massages I've had!!
