Our fridge fell out because the support broke and this wasn't a fix I was equipped to perform myself since we were on vacation. Kody was initially difficult to get a hold of but eventually responded via text. He then came right over to assess the situation and later returned with the needed tools and supplies. It took him about an hour to fix it and the fridge is extremely secure now. The price was reasonable. Kody was knowledgeable and I'd recommend him if you're ever in need of someone when traveling through Jackson.

The fresh water pump on our rental RV failed while we were staying in Jackson. I called Kody at 4pm and he said he could he could get to our camp site around 7pm. Before agreeing to the work, he verified we had authorization from the rental company so we wouldn’t get stuck with the bill. He showed up on time, quickly confirmed the pump was dead, and installed the replacement. He took plenty of photos and produced a detailed invoice. Prompt, friendly, and efficient.
