If I could zero I would. Rude azf on the phone. AND You run a salon and don't know what a fade is????!!!! Keep cutting old ladies hair who don't know better and maybe you can retire like you should have years ago...

Holly has cut my hair many times and she is amazing! Has a great eye and able to create the style I've requested over the years. Her shop is super cute as well, overlooking the town square in Jackson.

I scheduled an appointment. It was already difficult enough to get an appointment and I made several phone calls during her open business hours and nobody answered the phone. When I finally had a scheduled appointment she seemed very concerned I would no-show. I did need to move my appointment one time but I assured her I would be there, would've even happily given a credit card to secure it. I was the first appointment at 11am. She told me not to be early because she was never early but I didn't expect her to no-show. I waited until 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and nobody was there to open the shop.
