This is by far the best pilates studio to which I have ever been! It is a small, intimate space with a maximum of three people on reformers for a class, which allows instructors to focus on each individual and really cater towards everyone's specific needs and adjustments. I had the chances to work with Laura, Tiffaney, and Alice, and all three women are beyond incredible. They are so aware of the body and I really appreciated the attention they gave to form while still kicking my butt! Laura got me hooked on Pilates five years ago and has worked with me through injuries, wedding prep and life changes both inside and out. She is my go-to expert on all things to do with body and nutrition. I can't say enough wonderful things about Laura, she has advanced herself through education and continues to grow along with her business. I look forward to getting my butt kicked in the beautiful new studio for many years to come!

I have been taking classes for about a month and I already can see and feel the difference. Mary is an awesome instructor and her reformers are state of the art. She has so many varied routines that we rarely repeat which keeps it fresh. Her studio is a sweet intimate space with large mirrors and great cooling. I highly recommend this to anyone, from a beginner like me to an advanced athlete, as I have seen her work with others that were at a much higher level than me. Her instruction is so customized it is like having a private trainer working with you to meet your goals.
