Our tenants toilet had plugged, it was snowing and the pass was closed, so many businesses were short on employees.… Our regular plumber was not available and recommended another who was also not available. After multiple phone calls throughout the day with no one being available, I was finally referred to Steve Rank who was able to fit us in after hours and fix the problem.
