I can't begin to thank Air Comfort Complete for the work they did on my AC. We bought a house in Casper and had another company come out previously and the unit kept breaking down. I gave up on the other company and called this one. Not only were they responsive but Corbin took the time to explain to me what was going on and after two weeks of no ac during over 100 degree weather they came out and got it up and running. The previous company said I could not get air in one room due to something else and it's clear that was not the case because when Corbin fixed the problem was which contaminated fluid and completely cleaned out unit now the entire house is getting cooled...read full review
These guys are amazing! Told us they’d be here in about 30 minutes, he was here in 20, came out and fixed the problem within an hour and a half, it was also 10:20pm when he showed up, I won’t go into full details but the young man that works for them David was very kind and knowledgeable, thank you for fixing the problem for my family and I! I will forever pester yall with my business, day or night!
The service was great and point of contact person was super helpful in lining up a service date. They were always accomodating and did a great job.
