Our furnace stopped putting out hot air. Arrowhead was very responsive to my message and came out promptly. He was able to diagnose and fix our problem quickly, and re-programmed our thermostat as well. He took the time to explain the issues so that it shouldn't happen again. Our house has been the warmest and coziest since they came out and helped! Would definitely recommend. I didn't get a return call from another servicer so I can not compare prices but I feel their pricing is absolutely fair for a warm house!Service: Heating maintenance
