“RT Services came to my home today to inspect the plumbing as part of my Services Package with your company (which I greatly recommend). Caleb and Cameron are top notch in every way. Recommendations were made when I asked about repairs and/or installations that may be needed in the future along with prioritizations for them. Caleb showed me a leak under the kitchen sink he found as part of the inspection so the old valves were replaced while they were here in a quick and professional fashion. I was very appreciative that it was discovered and repaired. They were friendly and patient answering many questions as we went through my home and also when the inspection was completed. I had a problem with my kitchen faucet during this weekend and I gave Mr. Walters a call if he would be able to stop by and take a look at it. Without any questions asked Mr. Walters had came immediatly after I gave him a call. My kitchen faucet was leaking and was bad so we had to purchase a new one the same day. “I’d like to take a moment to describe technician AJ’s performance. He moved with grace, threw it back like a Jersey girl, and somehow managed to leave just enough mystery to keep you wanting more. As a straight man, I now find myself caught in a whirlwind of emotion.

Is the sweat pouring down my face because my AC went out in the middle of July? Possibly. Is it also because I witnessed the hypnotic movements of a man who might just be the sex symbol of a generation? Without question.

Did Appalachian provide superior service at a fraction of the price compared to their competitors? Yes, without a doubt. Are their additional services limited? It would appear so. I offered AJ $200 to blow on the back of my neck and ease the burden of this heatwave, but was told no such service is available.

Aside from that one small letdown, I’m very pleased with the experience.“
