“Hepler homes is absolutely fantastic for constructing custom homes. I would give them more stars if I could. Below is my genuine and detailed thoughts:
1. Cost Estimation. This is the first thing you come up to Dave. Instead of asking money for estimation (and only return if you sign up contract and lock you in), Dave took his time and provide free estimation for our home before we sign up. This is a huge plus and big reason we choose Hepler Homes
2. Communication. Dave and Amber has provided to me the most excellent communication on all construction details, subcontractor matters and any problems we had during the entire construction phase. Their construction app is very easy to use and hassle free and helps you to communicate on daily basis. Amber usually respond your questions within hours and if not, at least the same day .
3. Professionalism. Dave and Ron is very experienced in home construction and has gone through with me on all potential issues and pros and cons for different decisions. The workmanship is fantastic and the finished home is nothing but wonderful.
4. Subcontractor selections. Dave has a really good relationship with his subcontractors and their workmanship are all trustworthy from my experience.
I would surely recommend you to give a shot to Helper homes when you do the research on the custom home builder.“

“Company should be 5/5 stars. I was confused then looked and people are giving 1/5 stars for not getting a phone call back. People are too entitled these days. Great company. Isaac is very attentive. We had many estimates to build a 1700 SQ ft addition onto our house. Isaac and his team are very hard working and do quality work. Their price is also very fair compared to other companies we interviewed. I have used other popular contractors in the area in the past, one to finish my basement which were much more expensive for essentially the same quality of work. Would not hesitate to hire again.“

“Hired them to do a lot of work to get my house ready for sale. The foreman of the job was wonderful to work with and really knew his stuff. They were able to do a variety of jobs.The quality of the work was wonderful although there were a few things that they had to come back and fix. The only problem I had was they kept pulling people off my job to fix things on other jobs. The communication from the owner was lacking. Even with that I would use them again if the foreman Tom is assigned. The quality of the end product was very nice.“
