Working closely with Dave and his team starting in 2021 we presented him with land we had found along with house plans. Dave Hepler came to the rescue of our wonderful clients when their original builder went dark on them! Dave and his Team were great to work with. The home was less than 1/2 complete when Hepler Homes came into the picture. Dave and his Team estimated what needed to be done and completed the home in 3 months time...to include correcting issues created by the other builder. We definitely recommend Dave when building your custom home!
