“Conrad Homes literally just finished a porch replacement on my house, left less than 15 minutes ago. It looks outstanding, I am so impressed with the quality of work and materials, they've greatly improved the look of the house whilst adding very nice outside living space. I have to say that their contract rates were excellent as well, I an very happy that I used their services, attaching some pictures to this review, including the old monstrosity they replaced. (Please note the roof is being replaced completely next week so Conrad Homes installed the new porch roof and prepped it for the final stage and did an excellent job there too). “Our kitchen renovation experience with Mark was 5 stars. Communication and planning was excellent, he was very patient as I flip-flopped with my decision on cabinet/granite combos. We had some concerns with a couple of slightly uneven cabinet doors after installation and Mark himself came over to make the adjustments needed on some of the hinges. Highly recommended!“

“Third is a great place if you need to get rid if cinder blocks or old concrete. The staff is very helpful. And they don't charge very much for the disposal. I've never used the paving services bit if the men in the field are as pleasant as the staff in the yard I believe it would be pleasant and efficient“
